Cinzia Neri
Cinzia Neri has more than 25 years’ experience in the international postal industry. Having chaired and participated actively in many global working groups and committees for UPU, PostEurop, IPC and PRIME, she is an advocate for open collaboration and has negotiated many agreements across teams and borders. Cinzia has a strong background in sales and operations and has held senior positions in various corporate functions within Poste Italiane, such as Marketing, Regulations, and International Agreements & Relations. With a master’s degree in foreign languages, she is also a qualified mediator. Among her achievements, Cinzia has introduced new products to market, from initial concept to commercial launch, and promoted the development of e-commerce services. Recognising the need for international co-operation to create success in cross-border packets, Cinzia oversaw the Poste Italiane membership bid to PRIME. She was appointed as Head of PRIME in 2016.

Alejandro Arocena
Alejandro, a graduate in International Trade and International Relations, has enjoyed customer focused roles across a diverse range of sectors, including postal operations, retail and hospitality. He has worked in Madrid and London and was most recently Supervisor of Customer Service in Correos, Spain’s designated Postal Operator.
In Correos, he led a team of 60 people, and was responsible for performance improvement in the tracked EMS product which resulted in moving the company to the top of the KPG cooperative. An advocate for customer experience, he also implemented procedural and staff change to improve service levels.
Working with NGO’s, Alejandro participated in the Education in Human Rights section of Amnesty International and was also involved with the Spanish Instituto de la Moneda Social (Community Currencies Institute) as collaborator, curator and community manager.
Alejandro is a huge football fan and certified coach, working with teams from 4 years of age through to adults at a competitive level.
