Our objectives:
- To improve tracked packet products in response to customer expectations.
- To boost the postal services’ competitiveness in the marketplace.
- To improve the quality of tracked packets, particularly in relation to delivery and the timely return of delivery information in electronic format.
- To maximise the number of Public Postal Operators that exchange delivery information electronically in order to handle customer enquiries faster.
- To encourage members to use the web-based Integrated Customer Service System for a more efficient enquiry service.
- To extend Delivery Confirmation services by encouraging more postal services to participate in the PRIME Project.
