PRIME Tracked

PRIME Tracked is designed specifically for e-commerce markets, with a tracked and straightforward priority delivery, and no signature required. It represents a real opportunity to attract the growing volumes from e-commerce companies who want low-cost over speed.

PRIME Tracked LogoThe advantages of PRIME Tracked include:

  • The lowest-cost solution for cross-border e-commerce
  • Electronic delivery confirmation, no signature required
  • Delivery in the priority letter network
  • Only 3 mandatory scans are needed from country of origin to the addressee

PRIME Tracked operates in a similar manner to PRIME Exprès, where the outbound requirements remain the same. For inbound, all that is required is Scan on Delivery. Although this is a priority flow and quality is measured, the delivery time is not considered for remuneration purposes.

Track and Trace

PRIME's exchange of transaction data, based on the barcode on each packet, creates a progress history about individual Post Exprès items that can be tracked by Posts' customer service staff. Additionally, this information may be uploaded to a Post’s own website, in their own language, creating a compelling end-user track & trace experience. This data is managed by PRIME’s GCSS.
